For the past four years Chef Lisa Thordarson and Scott Moritz have striven to provide a unique and wonderful experience to those in our beautiful town of Franklin. We specialize in providing your taste buds with an experience normally found only in large metropolitan areas here in Franklin, NC.

Our patrons consistently rate our food as some of the best they have ever had. Our Lamb is compared to the finest locations in Greece, or Steaks comparable to a great Steakhouse, our pastas better than most Italian offerings. We invite those interested in truly having a relaxed and wonderful experience to Taste The Difference for yourself.

We use Sterling Silver Stockyard meats in addition to our Free-Range, Grass Fed & Hormone-Free Piedmontese cattle we raise right here in Franklin.

Our staff strives to provide quality service you can rely on to complete your visit.

Lisa Thordarson has a wonderful Pedigree encompassing such greats as Windows on the World, Tavern on the Green both in Manhattan as well as D’Amico Cucina in Minneapolis and a number of others. She has spent the past 30 years in the restaurant industry honing her skills as a culinary artist.
